Spoilers Star Trek: Prodigy General Discussion Thread

Blame Netflix for sitting on a complete season with no apparent plans to air it anytime soon. The channel in France has done nothing wrong.

 

I wonder if it will drop after Disco finishes. I also wonder how much fanfare the drop will get.

 

France can do what it wants. No obligation to read spoilers, and why should people who watch it keep silent?

Netflix is doing their thing snd France their thing. Nothing shameful.

I'd like to claim that ancestry but genetics ruled it out, unfortunately, despite a French last name.

 

I was once told by my Grandmother that we have French Huguenot blood from out there somewhere - distantly.

 

My dad was convinced, as was his family, of extensive French ancestry.

He did the whole history thing and nothing, save for a little French Canadian. More German than anything else, and British Isles.

 

My paper trail has a path to France, but the genetic trail says no. Mostly English and Scottish with a smattering of German, Swedish, Irish and Welsh.

 

Unfortunately, I see them waiting till next Christmas.

 

Blech. I hope not!

 

Waiting until Christmas would be plenty bad, but if they waited until NEXT Christmas, that would be unforgiveable.

 

Ok.

 

Finished my first watch. Didn’t really have any expectations but to give it a fair shake, and I’m glad did because shit was that good.
