    Peter Angelos dies at age 94. He had been sick for the last several years. His son John has been working on selling the Orioles to David Rubenstein for a while.

    Jen Pawol is officially on the call-up list for umpires during the regular season. She doesn't have a starting gig as of yet but will be on the reserve list.

    Speaking of, MLB ownership is meeting on Wednesday to finalize the sale of the O's to Rubenstein.

    The luxury tax is working precisely as intended, as a de facto salary cap.

    Dodgers don't believe in the luxury tax. Catcher Will Smith gets a 10 year, $140 million extension.
