[Notice] Short outage either 23rd or 24th Dec AM UTC

In theory this is the last bit of downtime to finish up the current server migrations that I started back in June. The board will be offline whilst I switch round the databases so that one of the replicas becomes the primary. It's easiest to just take things offline for a few minutes whilst I do the changes since they are not fully run of the mill.

Work will take place either Sat or Sun morning (UTC), with fair sailing it'll only be a few minutes of outage.

There might be one more outage in Jan if the DB replication screws up after we physically relocate the (then) replica server (early Jan). Then I really will be finished with this migration and we can be onto the next upgrade
